Broadcasting Company Meet Held The annual stockholders and board of directors meeting of the Southern Utah Broadcasting Co. was held Friday eveninff at Hotel Ho-tel El Escalante, according to Lorin C. Miles, first vice president. presi-dent. ' ; .in Business sessions o the stockholders stock-holders were held in the early evening and board members mnt. in a late session for the purpose of electing ofticers for the coming com-ing year. Ivor Sharp, president of the company and manager of Radio Station 'KSL in Salt Lake City,, was re-elected to that capacity by the board of directors. I One major change in the or-! or-! ganlzation was the election of E. J. King of Parowan as second? vice president, in charge of special spe-cial projects. . f All other members were retained re-tained in their present capacity. Local board members include, Ir addition to Miles and King, Durham Dur-ham Morris, Arthur Jones, andl Lanell Lunt, and Orville Hafei St. George.
