OCR Text	Show Frank Dalley to Speak AtBPOE Mother's Day Event The Cedar City Elks Lodge will present a Mother's Day Program at the new lodge hall on Sunday, Sun-day, May 8, and extends an In vitation to all mothers in Cedar City and surrounding area, and their husbands, to attend. The program will be presented at 4:00 p.m. Frank DaUey will be the guest speaker for the occasion and music mu-sic will be arranged by Prof. Blaine Johnson of the College of Southern Utah music department. Prof. Johnson will sing at least one number on the program and present a number of prominent music students from the college to complete the program. Blaine Wood Is chairman of the committee arranging the Mother's Dav event and Is being assisted by D. Ned Sargent, Ross Woolsey, Wlrth Bulloch and Glen Cambell.
