J , . nv is If- si V - "if DEAN BERT ANDERSON Military funeral services were conducted Saturday, Feb. 14, in the Milford L D S ward church for Dean Burt Anderson, 22, son f Eddie and Lillian Urie Ander-ion. Ander-ion. formerly of Cedar City. Dean vas killed in a jet plane crash u Williams Air Force base, Chandler, Ariz., on Tuesday, Feb. 10. The funeral services were con- lucterd under the direction of the Milford American Legion Post Commander Jack Crahon, and consisted of a prayer by K. G. Hanney, a close friend of the deceased; de-ceased; talks by J. M. Hughes, Dean's high school science instructor; in-structor; Dr. Eugene Davis and Carlyle Gronlng; Two musical numbers by a mixed quartet, "In The.. Garden", and "Sometime, Somewhere We'll Understand", accompanied by Mrs. J. C. Smith. Following the services the body was brought to Cedar City for burial In the Cedar City ceme-'ery, ceme-'ery, where short graveside services ser-vices were conducted. Walter K. Granger was the speaker at these services and the dedicatory prayer pray-er was by Bishop Parson U. Webster. |
