"The brakes on your ear can mean the difference between life and death", said Mr. Oeorge H. Lowe, president of the Utah Safety Council. Coun-cil. "Lots of people realize this. But, still It's deplorable how many motorist mo-torist continue to drive with poor brakes. Other car parts, too, can be life savers.
