Harris, president of the Utah State Agricultural college col-lege will be the principal speaker at commencement exercises at Branch Agricultural college May 21. It was announced todav bv rr tt wavn Drlggs, director. Preceding the exercises, an academic aca-demic procession will begin at the LDS Institute building and will proceed to the auditorium of the Science building. The 142 graduating graduat-ing students will wear full academic costume, as will faculty members and visiting dignitaries. Music for the exercises will be provided by the B A C concert orchestra and the sophomore members of the choruses. The latter group will perform per-form the "Ballad for Americans1', under the direction of Prof. William H. Mannng, with Emron Jensen In the solo part. Hyrum M. Blackhurst, Salt Lake City will be the official representative representa-tive of the U S A C board of trustees at the rites, but other members are also expected to be present, Dr. Drlggs Indicated. |
