Show Nominees Vie For Lion Offices In Election Mayio Pratt M. Bethers,' Principal of the Cedar City high school, and Ed W. Southwlck, member of the Southern Utah Accounting Service firm, will oppose each other for the presidency presiden-cy of the Cedar City Lions club, when the annual election Is held on Monday. May 10. Nominations have been made by a committee composed of past presidents of the club. The successful candidate for president will succeed Kumen S. Gardner, taking over the position on July 1. Nominations for other offices to be filled at the election are as follows: fol-lows: First vice president: J. Frank Dalley and J. Furl Porter. Second vice president: Reed Roberts and J. Cllve Davis. Third vice president, Theo Corry and Graham D. Mac-Donald. Mac-Donald. Tall Twister, Edwin L. Peterson Pet-erson and Loran D. Hlrschl. Lion Tamer: Donald K Nelson and Daniel Dan-iel M. Jones.
