Show 200 PHEASANTS RELEASED IN PAROWAN VALLEY The Parowan Times reports that two hundred Chinese ring-necked pheasants were planted In Parowan Paro-wan valley last week. The birds were liberated by Gam Warden Saunders M. Clark. Part of them were released near the Day Farms, northeast of Parowan, some in the vicinity of the Warren Pendleton and Daniel Crawford farms, others at the Jos. B. Adams farm in the lower West Fields, and the balance in the wash between the North and West fields. The birds were about two months old, and were received from the State Game farm at SprlngvlUe. They were apparently in excellent condition when received and there should be very little loss. |
