Show Junior Chamber Planning Trades Promotion Event Tlie Junior Chamber of Commerce Com-merce is planning a mammoth trades promotion campaign in Cedar Ce-dar City on August 21st. and 22ud., with all merchants cooeraUng to stage a "Cedar City Bargain Days" selling event. Tlie committee in charge of the event, Including Tom Evans, chairman; chair-man; Steve Asmus, Board Advisor; Ray Middlesworth, Elloyd Mur-chant Mur-chant and Snioot Seaman, is busy working out details and will announce an-nounce detailed plans soon. In addition to widely ndvertlslm; Cedar City as a shopping center, the committee plans to stage several sever-al special events. John Rowbcrry, manager of the local theatres, has agreed to cooperate, by admitting all people 60 years of age or older to the shows on those nights free of charge, and by giving special pnsses as prizes and also cooperating coopera-ting in the staging of a fashion show. The committee expects to complete com-plete all details at a meeting tonight. |
