Show July War Bond Sales Progressing The &ale of War Bonds and Stamps in Iron County ls holding up very well, but It is going to take a concerted effort on the part of all wa,;e earners in the county during the remaining seven dayo of the Month if the July quota of $128,100 Ls to bo reached The county passed us quota in May and June, but the July quota Is more tliun three times the a-inount a-inount of the June quota. Since each of the previous quotas were passed, it will be necessary lor the county to a little more than double purchases during July. The county and city committees in charge of War Bond Sales has arranged no special campaign days during the month, feeling that a steady consistent purchasing plan ls more effective than attempting to make extensive purchases on any one day. The committee is weil pleased with the respon.se of res idents of the county in buying bonds, and hope that people wiU continue to purchase all the bonss and stamps they can, which should I result in Iron county again going "over the top." |
