Lamb, 2620 Bauer Rd., Cedar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 20.0 ac. ft. out of a total of 35.6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Underground Water Claim 13703 (73-8). The water has been diverted from a 10-inch well, 300 ft. deep, at a point N. 60 ft. W 160 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 8, T35S, RllW; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 8.765 acs. in SE4SWV4 Sec. 8, T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 20.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two wells as ; follows: 1) an existing 16-inch 16-inch well, 138 ft. deep, at a points 1050 ft. E. 1400 ft. from N'4 Cor. Sec. 33; 2) a 10-inch well, 300-500 ft. deep, at a point S. 1800 ft. W. 500 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 28; both T35S, RllW (N. of Cedar City); and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 19.0 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 5.0 acs. in E'zSE'A Sec. 28, T35S, RllW. 57094 ( 73-2443) James L. & Lynn G.
