Show Branch office set to open CEDAR CITY Duane P. Memmott, General Manager of the Federal Land Bank Association "of Richfield, announced the opening yesterday of a new branch office in Cedar City. The new office is located at 111 North Main Street, just south of the Dixie Leavitt Insurance Building, and is staffed by a Loan Officer-Appraiser, Officer-Appraiser, Don W. Peterson and secretary, Phylis Parkinson. According to Memmott, the new branch is necessary to help meet the increased, demand for the long-term farm and ranch financing the land bank provides in southern Utah and portions of Arizona and Nevada. The Federal Land Bank Association of Richfield (is one of 31 land bank associations located in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada and Utah serving farmers and ranchers with long-term agricultural credit.
