Enloe remained on third base as Lynn Sylcox struck out and Dillon Hooks flied out to the shortstop. A 3-1 advantage w as acquired by the Dodgers in the bottom of the first inning. inn-ing. Mike Rinks was walked and scored on a hit by Shutie Wade to tie up the game at 1-1. Wade scored on a double by Jeff Price and Price scored on a single by David Olsen to give the Dodgers a 3-1 lead. Kaisy Camp struck out for the second out and Olsen was Lagged out at home plate for the final nut The Cubs overcame the Dodger lead w ith four runs in the top of the second inning for a 5 to 3 advantage.
