Show Notice of Realty Action State Exchange Public Lands in Uintah County, Utah Bureau of Land Management U.S. Department of Interior U-50114 The following described describ-ed lands have been determined deter-mined to be suitable for a fee simple exchange with the State of Utah under Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, 43 U.S.C. 1716. The federal lands that have been identified to be suitable for disposal by exchange are: Salt Lake Meridian, Utah: T. 9 S., R. 25 E., Sec. 8: Lots 1,2, S'zN'z, N2,S'2l S'zSE'i, SEUSW',4. Sec. 9: S'2, S'2N2. Sec. 10: S'z.S'zN'.Sec. 11:SM, S' zN1. Sec. 12: Lots 2,3, 4, W'.2SWi4,SW"4NWi,4. Sec. 13: Lots 1, 2, W',2NWi4. Sec. 14: N'2. Sec. 15: N'2. Sec. 17: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, NEXE'.i, SW'4NWi4, S'2.Sec.20: All. Sec. 21: Lot 1, W2, WiEM-, E'2SE'4, SEV4NEV4. Sec. 22: Lots 2, 3, SW,4NW4.Sec.29: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, NEV4SWV4, SE4, N'2. Comprising 5,498.79 acres. In exchange for these federal lands, The United States will acquire the fee simple title to the following lands belonging belong-ing to the State of Utah: Salt Lake Meridian, Utah: T. 8 S., R. 22 E., Sec. 36: All T. 8. S., R. 23 E., Sec. 32: All. Sec. 36: All. T. 8. S., R. 24 E., Sec. 32: All. Sec. 36: All. T. 8. S.,R. 25 E., Sec. 32: All. Sec. 36: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, W'2W2.T.9S., R. 24 E., Sec. 15: Lots 1, 2, 3. 4, N4, NW4SWI4, N'2SWi4SW'4, SW4SW4SWI4, N'2SE'4SW'4SWl4, SW'4SE'4SWSWL4, N'-SE4. Sec. 29: All. Sec. 32: NE'4NE14, S'2.VW'4, S's. T. 9 S., R. 25E., Sec. 2: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, S'2N'2, S4 (All), and the mineral estate only of the following lands belonging to the State of Utah: Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, Utah: T. 8 S., R. 22 E.. Sec. 31: Lot 3, NE'4SW4. SE4. Sec. 32: All. Comprising 7,316.86 acres. The above lands will be subject to an appraisal to determine value. The listed lands may change to relect equal value following the appraisal. Upon publication of the Federal Register Notice on March 31. 19S3. the Federal lands were segregated from appropriation ap-propriation under the public land laws, including in-cluding the mining laws. Lands to be transferred transfer-red from the United States will be subject to the following reservations: 1. A reservation of a right-of-way for ditches and canals constructed by the authority of the I'nited States in aecord-fancewith aecord-fancewith 43 U.S.C. 945. 2. A reservation for the oil and gas on lands currently cur-rently covered by an oil and gas lease for the duration of the lease. 3.
