Show Searle pavilion set for Friday dedication The Raymond M. and Zina B. Searle Memorial Pavilion will be dedicated Friday, July 22 at 6:30 p.m. A brief ceremony will be conducted and the public is welcome according to Woodey B. Searle. i The memorial pavilion is located west of the recently constructed Woodey B. Searle II memorial children's park at the north end of the Uintah County-Vernal City ballpark and park complex. The pavilion is 40 feet by 100 feet and has tables and grills. Lights have been installed for after dark use. Raymond M. Searle was killed when struck by lightning on Diamond Mountain Moun-tain in 1923. Woodey B. Searle II was killed in a trail bike accident last year.
