Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE On August 16, 1983, at 10:00 a.m. at the door of the Uintah County Courthouse Cour-thouse Acting, State Director of the Farmers Home Administration for the State of Utah, as Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, all payable at the time of sale, the following descrilx-d real property: in Uintah County, Utah: Beginning at a point 2 rods South and 19 rods West from the East quarter corner of Section 25, Township 4 South. Range 21 East, SLM, and running thence West loo feet; thence South 217.80 feet; thence East 100 feet ; thence North 217.110 feet to the point of beginning. The sale will be made without covenant or warranty war-ranty regarding title, possession, or encumbrance, encum-brance, to satisfy the obligation secured by, and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in, that certain deed of trust executed by PENNY PEN-NY S !'( TE, a single woman GRANTORS, to United Stales of America, acting through Farmers Home Administration, Ad-ministration, U.S. Department of Agriculture and his successors suc-cessors in office, as Trustee, for the benefit and security of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the named Beneficiary, dated November 7, 1980n, and recorded November 7, 1980 in Book 273, page, 240-243 Official Records of Uintah County, Utah. Notice of Default and Election to Sell said real property was recorded in said Official Records on March 1, 1983 Li Bock 327, page 293 Official Records, Entry 32-83. The property described describ-ed herein is subject to Title Ti-tle V of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the purchaser pur-chaser will be required to sign Form FmHA 400-4, "Nondiscrimination Agreement" if the purchaser pur-chaser intends to use the property for its original or similar purposes.
