ACT047009 THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL OPERATORS, TAKERS OF PRODUCTION, MINERAL AND ROYALTY OWNERS, AND PARTICULARLY ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN-TERESTED IN SECTION SEC-TION 23, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, UINTAH COUNTY, COUN-TY, UTAH. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Oil, Gas and Mining, State of Utah, will conduct a hearing on Thursday, July Ju-ly 28, 1983, at 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, in Room 426 of the State Capitol Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, in the above entitled entitl-ed matter. Notice is further given that the purpose of said hearing will be to make a determination regarding regar-ding written objection which was received by the Division of Oil, Gas and Mining, State of Utah, on July 11, 1983, to Maxwell Development Partnership's plan to operate a tar sands surface sur-face mine and processing process-ing facility in Section 23, Township 9 South, Range 22 East, Uintah County, Utah. Any interested firms, persons or corporations shall be entitled to appear ap-pear at the time and place aforesaid to be heard by the Board. The Application and Objection Objec-tion may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, under-signed, 4241 State Office Building. Salt Lake City, Utah, 84114.
