Show Realty Action; Private Exchange of Public Lands in Uintah County, Utah U-50822 The following described describ-ed lands have been determined deter-mined to be suitable for a surface only private exchange under section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, 43 U.S.C. 1716. The federal lands that have been identified as suitable for disposal by exchange are: Salt Lake Meridian, Utah TIN, R23E,Sec. 19: SE'4SE'4; Sec. 20: NE'4NE'4.NE'4SV4. W'jSWi,; Sec. 29: NW4NW4; Sec. 30: XEi4.E'4; Sec. 33: SW'NE'4.NE'4.SW4. S'2SW'4,W4SE4 ; Comprising 520 acres. In exchange for these fi-deral lands, the United States will acquire the surface estate of the following nonfederal kinds belonging to James Siddoway and John Siddoway : Salt Lake Meridian, UtahTiS, R23E.Sec. 26: SE'4SW4; Sec. 35: NE'4.NE4NW'4; Comprising Com-prising 240 acres. Upon publication of the Federal Register Notice on July 5. 1983, the federal lands were segregated from appropriation ap-propriation under the public land laws, including in-cluding the mining laws. Lands to be transferred transfer-red from the United States will be subject to the following reservations: 1. A reservation of a right-of-way for ditches and canals constructed by the authority of the United States in accordance accor-dance with 43 U.S.C. 945. 2. All minerals with the right to prospect for, mine and remove the same under applicable laws and such regulations regula-tions as the Secretary may prescribe.
