Memoers of the council and USU administrators will gather in Roosevelt Friday night, April 24, for a graduation dinner at the Vocational Center, and to attend UBCCE's production of "Fiddler on the Roof" at Union High School. The Institutional Council is a governing and policy making board for the university. It is ' composed of eight members appointed ap-pointed by the governor, the president of the USU Alumni Association and the president of the Associated Students of USU. APRIL 6th & 7th the International Folk Hopa Dance Group entertained the Uintah School District with folk dancing. Starting Star-ting at Todd Elementary, West Junior High and Vernal Junior High then on Tuesday, April 9, they danced for the elementary grades in Vernal. Dan Ross is chairman for the group, with Kim Gandy, Gaylene Partne and Cheryl Wilcox. They stayed with the J. Ferron Hacking's while here. Dan is a nephew of the Hack-i"g's Hack-i"g's from Bountiful. |
