Downard, Vernal City Police, warned the Vernal City Council the day before that there would be pickets and he planned to make no arrests as long as they kept the peace. A public hearing will be conducted by the Utah Health Systems Agency Uintah Basin Subarea Advisory Council, Thursday, May 7 at 7 p.m. in the Vernal Junior High School Auditorium to invite public comment and input on the purchase of the Uintah County Hospital by HCA for a price of $3,500,000. Main Street, Salt Lake City by the Utah Health Project Review Advisory Committee and June 25 at 10:30 a.m. at the Alta Lodge Conference Room, Alta, Utah, by the Utah Health Systems Agency Health Planning Council. The final decision will be made by the State Health Planning and Development Develop-ment Agency on or before July 3, 1981. Comments at the June 11 and 25 meetings will be allowed only by affected af-fected persons who file a Notice of Appearance prior to June 3, 1981. A written summary of comments and any data to be presented must be included with the Notice of Appearance.
