Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 7th day of April, 1980 at 12:00 noon at the front entrance of the County Courthouse at Manila, Utah, in the County of Daggett by WALKER BANK & TRUST COMPANY, Trustee and Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by David John Gray and Darlene L. Gray, his wife, as Trustors, recorded September 25, 1978, as Entry No. 10628 in Book 29, at Page 443 of the official of-ficial records of Daggett County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said Beneficiary by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded November 28, 1979, as Entry No. 11286 in Book 30 at Page 375 of said official records. Trustee will set at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, the following described property located approximately approx-imately five miles west of Manila, Utah on the main highway: Township 3 North, Range 20 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Section 29: Lot 1: Beginning Beginn-ing at a point 824 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of said Section 29. and running thence North 84 00' East 360 feet; thence South 210 feet ; more or less; thence West 360 feet, thence North 210 feet, more or less to place of beginning. Being a portion thereof of Section 29. . For the purpose of paying pay-ing obligations secured by said,. Deed of Trust in-eluding in-eluding fees, charges and -' expenses of Trustee, advances, ad-vances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said nole and by law provided.
