Show 'Citizens With Special Needs' to launch membership drive The association "Citizens with Special Needs" will hold their annual membership drive, to raise funds for the handicapped children and adults of our community. Sussie Caldwell, vice president of CWSN will spearhead the drive. Upon joining this organization, one automatically becomes affiliated with the Utah Association for Retarded Citizens. Citizens with special needs, physically or mental, need all possible services and programs in education, recreation and vocational training to achieve their greatest potential and enjoy life with dignity, happiness and meaningfulness.
