Show NOTICE OF REALTY ACTION -PUBLIC LANDS IN UINTAH COUNTY UTAH BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT U.S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR The following described lands have been determined deter-mined to be suitable for disposal by exchange under Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, 43 USC 1716: T4S, R20E, SLM Sec. 12: NEy4NEV4, S'NE'A, EliSE'ANW V4 , E Vi N E y4 S W 14 , SEV4SWV4, SEV4 total: 360 acres. In exchange for these lands, the Federal Government will acquire non-federal land described describ-ed as follows: T2S, R24E, SLM. Sec. 10: Lots 1, 2, EViSW'., NW4SE14, S'iSE'A Sec. 14: NW14 Sec. 15: Lot 1, NEV4 NEV4NWV4 total 627.18 acres. The purpose of the exchange ex-change is to acquire prime range land and , sage grouse habitat as well as helping to block-up block-up federal lands in the area. The exchange is consistent with the Bureau's planning for the lands involved as the public interest will be well served by making the exchange. The value of the lands involved are equal in value. The terms and conditions condi-tions applicable to the exchange ex-change are: 1. All minerals will remain with the present owners. 2. The United States will reserve the right to construct con-struct future rights-of-ways across the private surface as well as reserving reserv-ing the right for public use of the existing road. For a period of 60 days interested parties may submit comments lo the Secretary of the Interior. LLM-320, Washington. D.C. 20240. Any adverse comments will be evaluated by the Secretary, who may vacate or modify this realty action and issue a final determination.
