Show Jaycee Wives Hear Interesting Program Approximately twenty members of the Jaycee Wives gathered at the Third ward Relief Society hall at a regular meeting last Wednesday Wednes-day evening, when Miss Christina Burroughs from England spoke. Miss Burroughs is teaching physical phy-sical education at the Provo high school as an exchange teacher this year. She gave, an interesting account ac-count of her impressions of this country and told in interesting manner of her likes and dislikes about America. The program also Included two piano selections by Miss Pauline Boyer, and Mrs. Harriet Miner reported re-ported on the Christmas project. The program for the evening, preceded by a nicely arranged dinner, din-ner, was in charge of Mrs. Orpha Anderson and her color group, comprising Mrs. Phyllis Humphrey, Humph-rey, Mrs. Margaret Roberts and Mrs. Catherine Johnson. |
