Show STATE HOSPITALS GET MORE BEDS Ten Utah civilian hospitals have been placed on the latest approved list of the American College of Surgeons, according to word received re-ceived Tuesday. Institutions by towns and numbers num-bers of beds in each are as follows : Bingham, Bingham hospital, 40 beds; Logan, William Budge Memorial hospital, 75; Ogden, St. Benedict's hospital, 150; Thomas D. Dee Memorial hospital, 320, and Utah State Tuberculosis sanatorium, sanato-rium, 100 beds; Provo, Utah Valley hospital, 54 beds; Salt Lake City, Dr. W. H. Groves Latter-day Saints hospital, 380; Holy Cross hospital, 200; St. Mark's hospital, 214, and Salt Lake County General Gen-eral hospital, 279 beds. The Salt Lake Veterans' hospital hos-pital is on the list of approved Veterans' Vet-erans' administration hospitals. |
