Mrs. John Keudriuk Bangs, speaking under the auspices of the Association of Collegiate Alumnae and College club, ""ill deliver a lecture on "The Opportunity Oppor-tunity Still to Serve," on Monday evening, even-ing, September 15, at 8 o'clock. Mrs. Bangs is speaking on behalf of the American Conimitt.ee for Devastated Trance, with which organisation she has been connected for the last two years, as chairman of the national workroom. She, as well as her husband, John Kendrick Ken-drick Bangs, who is to speak here be-foro be-foro tliie Rotary club, are doing the work, and bringing the message, absolutely abso-lutely without compensation. All members of the Federation of Women's clubs, and the public generally, general-ly, both men and women, who would be interested to hear' the speaker, are invited in-vited to attend. Xo admission will be charged. The place at which the meeting meet-ing will be held will be announced later. Wasatch Club Members to Be Entertained. The members of the Wasatch Literary club will be the guests of the president i and the entertainment committee at a luncheon September 16 at the community communi-ty recreation center, 328 East Third South street. J., regent of tho school of medicine at Marquette university, Milwaukee, will be the speaker. "Hospital "Hos-pital Social Service Auxiliaries" is his topic. A musical program has been arranged under the direction of Mrs. Lydia White Boothby. Reception Planned for President Wilson. The City Federation of Women's clubs will meet at the civic center at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon. Plans will ,be made for the reception to be given President Wilson and also for entertaining the State Federation of Women's clubs which will meet here on October 13, 14, 15. The women of St. John's guild will hold their first meeting for the year Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the parish rooms on Ninth East and Logan avenue. Plans for the winter will be discussed. The state society of the Daughters of the Mormon Battalion will hold its regular reg-ular monthly meeting at the home of Mrs. Thomas R. Cutler, 1126 Michigan avenue, Friday at 3 o'clock.
