Show Larue Tea Gilen for Bride of Earfu Faff TTE ACTIVELY appointed in al! de-tails de-tails was a large tea given yesterday yester-day afternoon by Mrs. Robert Sands Gray at her home in the Stewart apartments apart-ments in honor of Mrs. Lula Snow Hem-miek, Hem-miek, who will be married to William J. Lawrence late in September. A purplo and yellow eolor scheme was carried out in the house decorations, decora-tions, developed with fall flowers, in-eluding in-eluding goldeuglow, asters and nasturtiums. nastur-tiums. Marigolds antl purplo asters in a basket formed an effective centerpiece for the table. Maline in the two colors was tied on the handle of the basket. Yellow candles in ivory holders were at either end of the table. A Cluny lace cover was over yellow. Assisting in receiving were the mother of the hostess, Mrs. E. Y. Taylor; Tay-lor; her sisters, Mrs. R. R. Cardell and Miss Alean Taylor. Mrs. Lorenzo Snow and Mrs. Wallace Hunter, mother and sister of the guest of honor. The guest cards were received by little Miss Kose-marie Kose-marie Stephens and little Miss Betty Wood. Presiding at the tea table were: Mrs. R. N. Young, Mrs. Arch Browning, Mrs. Horace Walker, Mrs. Harold B. Daynes and Mrs. A. H. Errickson. Assisting in entertaining the guests were: Mrs. "P. Y. Taylor, Mrs. T. B. Stephens.
