Notice is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors, held on January 3, 191S. an assessment of two (2c) cents per share was levied on the outstanding full paid capital stock of the corporation corpora-tion (.3-00,000 snares , payable immediately immediate-ly to J. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 12;h day of February, 191$, will be delinquent and advertised for saJe at public auction, and, unless payment is made before, wi'l be sold at the secretary's office at 12 o'clock noon.
