Show SPEAKERS ANNOUNCED FOR K. C. FUND DRIVE Governor Bamberger and Bishop Glass of This City Axe Among the Number. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Feb. 2. The publicity committee, com-mittee, of the Knights of Columbus war recreation fund in, Ogden, announced today the list of speakers for the big meeting to be held at the Orpheum Monday Mon-day night. An effort is being made to have Governor Bamberger attend the meeting. The speakers will be the Kt. Rev Joseph S. Glass, bishop of the Salt Lake diocese of the Catholic church; the Kev. John E. Carver of the Presbyterian church, the Eev. Christian R. Garver of the First M. E. church, President John Watson of the Weber stake, Judge H. H. Henderson, E. S. Hinckley and H. C. Johnson. Judge A. R. Heywood will preside at the meeting. Chairman Charles S. Murphy said today to-day that the results obtained by the i various committees after one day' s effort ef-fort were gratifving He added that I he believed that Ogden and Weber j county would give the same splendid ! accounting in the present campaign that they have in others. The campaign for the drive for $10,000 will end next Tuesday evening. |
