The Bolshevik government, gov-ernment, according to the Petrograd correspondent cor-respondent of the Times, lias adopted another method to compel foreign governments gov-ernments to recognize it. The Bolsheviki 1 are refusing to permit British ami other foreigti embassies and consulates to draw on sums deposited in Russian banks until un-til th Bolshevik government is allowed to have t-omplete disposal of Russian funds in the Bank of England.
