If sustained, will put every state railway commission in the f country out of business. The petition aks a rehearing of a recent re-cent order of the commission fixing a basis for the distribution of grain cars and declares that all powers, rules and regulations of the state railroad commission commis-sion have been superseded by orders of W. G. McAdoo, director general of all railroads. The application will be heard next Tuesday. |
