ENEMY ALIEN HELD IN COUNTY JAIL Steve Wogoe, enemy alien, proved on investigation by Leon Bone, special agent of the department of justice, to have expressed himself too forciblyviu favor of the kaiser, was brought over from Kenilworth yesterday by the United States marshal. The arrest was made on a presidential warrant, with the recommendation that he be paroled at the expiration of thirty davs if, in the judgment of the federal officials in Salt Lake, he has been sufficiently punished pun-ished for his disloyal remarks. lie will be confined in the county jail instead of being interned at Fort Douglas. Wogoe is a blacksmith and was employed em-ployed at one of the Carbon county coal mines.
