OCR Text	Show Suspect Ordered Released. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Feb. 2. J. B. Stowe. arrested last Tuesday for alleged "short-change" operations and ordered held for the federal fed-eral authorities at Reno, New, was ordered or-dered released today by Chief of Police T. 13. Browning. Postoffice Inspector W. W. Marshall advised the local authorities au-thorities that Stowe was the confederate in the case at Reno and was not the principal and th:it the evidence was not strong enough to warrant the prosecution prosecu-tion of the case.
