Clarence Wood, Elizabeth Lloyd Piatt, George W. Smith and Nellie Wolfe, defendants. To be sold at sheriff's sale at the west front door " of the county courthouse in the city and countv of Salt Lake, state of Utah, on the 12th day of April, A. D. 1H 17. at 12 o'clock noon of said day, all the right, title, claim and interest of said defendants defen-dants of, in and to the following described de-scribed real property, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the center of a county road, running north and south, west 20 rods more or less and north 26.3 rods from the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of section 17 (as reestablished)- township 2 south, range 1 east. Salt Lake meridian, and running thence west 97.6 rods, thence north 17.4 rods, thence east 97.6 rods to the center of said road ; thence soul h 17.4 rods to the point of beginning; together with all rights, privileges, appurtenances and water wa-ter rights owned or used In connection therewith, situate in Salt Lake county, state of Utah.
