Show RAILROADS ALLOWED TO OCCUPY LAND A n order permitting the occupation of la.nd across which the roadbeds of the Salt Take & Ixs Angeles and Western Pacific railroads are to be diverted In order to save them from inundation by the tailings from the Utah Copper company's com-pany's concentration plants at Magna was issued yesterday by Judge W. H. Bra met of the Third district court for each of the companies. The order Is designed to permit Immediate Imme-diate entrance of the engineers of the railroad companies upon land owned by J. Wilson so that the work of constructing con-structing the new roadbeds may be got under way before the condemnation proceedings pro-ceedings instituted by the two companies com-panies have been completed In the court. Each company was required to furnish bond In the amount of $250 as a guarantee guar-antee agalntt any damage to the owner of the land. |
