Show OGDEN PACKERS TO INCREASE CAPITAL Many Companies File Articles of Incorporation In-corporation With Secretary of State. Articles of incorporation for the Electric Elec-tric Supply company of Ogden have been filed with the secretary of state. R. C. Carter is named as president; C. J. Elder, vice president, and F. E. Young, secretarv and treasurer, with A. K. Smith and "j. K. Smith additional directors. Tho companv is capitalized for $5000. Incorporation papers also have been filed by the Empire Mines company of Provo and the South Creek Irrigation company of Winder, Garfield county. The Empire Mines company is a new concern organized by the Knight interests inter-ests of Provo and is capitalized for $150,000. The incorporators are Jespe Knight, Amanda M. Knight, J. Will Knight, W. Lester Manginn, R. E. Allen, Al-len, Knight S. Jordan and J. S. Smith. Or?on Adair is Darned as president of the South Creek Irrigation company, which is capitalized for $1200. Other officers and directors are Otto Frand-sen, Frand-sen, vice president; Joseph Marshall, second vice president; Fay Meaehan, secretary and treasurer, and G. R. Frandsen, director. Amended articles of incorporation for the Orden Packing & Provision company, com-pany, ' increasing the capitalization of the 'company from $1,000,000 to $2,000,-000, $2,000,-000, have h'pen filed. The stock is divided di-vided into 20,000 shares having a par value of $100 each. The increase in the capitalization was authorized at a meeting meet-ing of the stockholders held in Ogden several days ago. A filing fee of $2o0 accompanied the amended articles. |
