The petition of Edgar Mills and Wm. M. Bradley, executors of the last will and testament of Richard Millet, deceased, praying for an order of sale of real property prop-erty of said decedent, and that all persons Interested appear before the sa id court to show cause why an order should not be era n ted to sell so much as shall be necessary of the following described real estate ofid deceased, to wit: (1) Commencing at the southeast corner cor-ner of Lot 1, Block, S, Plat "D," Salt Lake . City Survey, and running thence north 120 feet ; thence west 7$ feet : thence south 120 feet, and thence east 7S feet to the place of beginning. (a ) Together with the dwelling house thereon situated and designated as 559 East South Temple street, and including all rights, titles and interests of the estate es-tate in and to the land lying between th easterly boundary line of said parcel and tlie feme situated next east thereof.
