Bisbee tonight to-night was writing the final chapter in the history of the I. YV. W. movement in the Warren district. With tho systematic method which characterized tho wholesale deportation of approximately 1200 alleged I. W. W. members and sympathizers on July 12, Sheriff Harry C. Wheeler, his deputies and tho citizens of Bisbee continued arresting the returning men as vagrant today as faH as they arrived in tho district from tbe detention camp at Columbus, N. M.
