Show 1 DESPONDENCY LEADS TO DEATH BY POISON Frank Hudson, Biscuit Maker, Out of Work, Found Dead; Daughter Is Insurance Beneficiary. v The body of Frank Hudson, biscuit maker, 47 years of age, was found yesterday yes-terday in his room at 474 South West Temple street. He had evidently talien his life by swallowing poison. Bottles j half filled with liquid were found near him. . ; According to persons living in the; house, Hudson had been despondent ! since -he left his job at a local biscuit; factory about a week ago. j It is believed that Hudson swallowed the poison early Friday night. Doctors declared that he had been dead, about; eighteen hours when the door of the room was forced open yesterday morning morn-ing by friends who were alarmed at his absence. Hudson's wife died several years ago. He is survived by a daughter, Beatrice, 17 years of age. The body was removed to Qualtrough-Allcott Qualtrough-Allcott 's undertaking parlors. Funeral arrangements will be made later. An insurance policy for $2000 was found among his effects. The daughter is named beneficiary. |
