Notice Is hereby given by the city council of Salt Lake City of the intontlon of such council to make the following described de-scribed improvement, to wit: Constructing cement sidewalks nix (6) feet wide and four (-1) inches thick on all eight (8) rod streets, and four (4) fe.et wide and four (!) inches thick on all narrow nar-row streets not already provided for in the district lying between the center line of Third South street and the center lino of Ninth South street, and the west line of First West street and the Jordan river, and between the south side of Second South street and the center line of Third houth street, and the west side of Ninth West street and the Jordan river; also on both sides of Jefferson street from Ninth South street to Mead avenue, in sidewalk side-walk districts Nos. 5. 15, 20. 21. 31. -10 and 41, and defray the abutters' portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated esti-mated at one hundred and one thousand tyo hundred forty-nine and 93-100 ($101,--M9.93) dollars: seventy-five thousand nine hundred ninety-one and SI-100 ($75.-991.84) ($75.-991.84) dollars, or one and 14-100 ($1.14) dollars per front or linear foot abutting said Improvement on said eight (8) rod streets, there being 6G, 659.51 feet of abutting abut-ting property on said eight (S) rod streets; and twenty-Mvo thousand two I'-H."11 , "fly-eight and 9-100 ($25,-2oS,09) ($25,-2oS,09) dollars, or 76-100 ($0.76) dollars per front or linear foot abutting said improvement on said narrow streets, there being 33,234.33 feet of abutting property prop-erty on said narrow streets, bv a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described districts, being the districts to be effected and benefited bv said Improvement, namely: SIX-FOOT SIDEWALKS.
