The Nephi high school Alumni association as-sociation entertained Frida3' evening at a banquet and ball, in honor of the graduating class of 1000. The banquet ban-quet bull was beautifully decorated in the school colors crimson and gold. Tho menu was excellent, with about seventy-five pcoplo to do justice to it. George A. PARK CITY, May 20. The annual j meeting of the Woman's athenaeum wns held Monday afternoon at the home of tho president, Mrs. P. W. Hoyt. After the regular business, tho annual reports of the officers were given and the retiring president. Mrs. J'. W. Hnyt, in a few well-chosen words, gnvo the gavel to the new president,! 'Mrs. A. B. Williams. The following programme was then rendered: Piano duet, Misses Ruth Wilson and Laura Townsend; recitation, Mrs. Frankcl; piano solo, M.iss Townsend; vocal duet. Miss Townsend and Mrs. L. B. Wight; select reading. Miss Bardslcy. Following Follow-ing the programme. Mrs. Hnyt, assisted as-sisted by Mrs. L. B. Wight, served dninty refreshments to tho ladies.
