Show WESTERN BOWLERS SEATTLE, Wash., May 29 With a large attendance of bowlers from all parts of the west, the third annual tournament of the Western Bowling congress opened here" tonight. Following a programme consisting of welcoming addresses and responses re-sponses by city officials and others, Mayor May-or John F. Miller rolled the first ball and the nine days' tournament was op. None but local teams were scheduled for tonight's events. The big events, consisting of entries from Denver, Salt Lnko City, San Francisco and Portland, arc scheduled for later in the tournament.
