Show NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT. Kaymond-Illlnols Mining company, principal prin-cipal placo of business. Salt Lako City. Utah: mines at Eureka, Utah. Notice is liercby given that at a meeting meet-ing of tho directors, duly held March 1, 1909, an assessment of one-half a cent per share per month, for thrco months, was levied on tho outstanding capital stock of the corporation, payable to M. B. Johnson, at room 500, Atiaj building, as follows: One-half cent per share payable Immediately. Im-mediately. Any Htock upon which this assessment may .-emaln unpaid on tho 81st day of March, 1909. will bo delinquent and advertised for salo ct public auction, auc-tion, and, unless payment Is mado before, will be sold on the 16th day of April. 1809, to pay the delinquent assessment, together with tho cost of advertising and expense of salo. One-half cent par sharo shall bn pay-nyblo pay-nyblo on the 17th day of April. 1909. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on tho 17th day of May. 1009, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and, unless payment is made before, will be sold on the 2d day of June, 1909, to pay tho delinquent de-linquent assessment, Jogether with tho cost of advertising and expenso of sale. One-half cent per share shall bo payable pay-able on the 3d day of June. 19A9.
