Barnett. who was murdered in the American house early in March bv unknown assassins, called at Tho Tribune office yesterday afternoon and staled that William V. Gaylor, who committed suicide Saturday Satur-day at Dillon, Mont,, and who had been discharged from the Salt Lake police court on the charge of obtaining money under false pretenses for floral contributions contri-butions for the funeral of Barnott, was not" a friend of the murdered mnn and had no right to solicit funds' from friends of his brother.
