NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX. j Notice. Is hereby given that a special I tax for the purpose of extending- the curb B and gutter has been levied and confirmed by ordinances of the city council, an- 9 proved April 29, 1909. and May 25, 1909. respectively. ' 1 Said special tax js levied upon the fol- 9 lowing described real proporty in Salt 1 Lake City, to wit: In lots 1, 6. 7 and 8. block 60; 1 and 8. block 53: 1. 6. 7 and j S, block 46; 4 and 5, block 50; 2, 3, 4 and i a, block 54. and 4 and 5, block 45. all In pat B. Salt Lake City survey, abutting 1 on both sides of Seventh East street, be- tween South Templo and Third South f streets, In paving- districts Nos. 27 and :1 2S. of Salt Lake City, and is due and 1 payable in five equal annual Installments, S beginning May 26, 1910. j Each of said installments shall bear j interest at the rate or six (6) p6r cent per annum from the date of the approwil of the ordinanco confirming the levy of said tax. to wit. the 25th day of May. 1909, until the date of delinquency, and eight (S) per cent per annum from dato of delinquency, until paid. Provided that one or more of. said Installments, or the whole of said tax, may bo paid on or 0 before ten days after the approval of the ordinanco confirming said tax, to wit. the 25th day of May, 1909. Provided, also, that one or more of said installments, or the whole of said tax. may be paid on the day any installment becomes due, by paying the amount thereof and the interest to dato of payment. pay-ment.
