Show NOTICE. Notice is hereby given by the city cquncil of Salt Lake City of the intention inten-tion of such council to make the following follow-ing described improvement, to-wit: To grade, and pave with asphalt (said asphalt pavement to be sixty (60) feet wide between curbs and nino and one-half one-half (9) inches thick). Ninth East street between South Temple and Third South streets; to grade, gutter and curb with cement, and pave with asphalt (said asphalt pavement to be sixty (60) feet wldo between curbs, and nine and one-half (9i) Inches thick), Ninth liast street between Third South and Fourth South streets, to grade, gutter and curb with cement, and pave with asphalt (said asphalt pavement to be fifty (50) feet wide between curbs, and nine and one-half (9i) inches thick), Ninth East street between Fourth South and Ninth South streets; and lo grade, gutter and curb, with cement, and pave with asphalt as-phalt (said asphalt pavement lo be forty (10) feet wide between curbs, and nine and one-half (9) Inches thick). All protests and objections to tho carrying car-rying out of such Intention must bo presented pre-sented In writing to the city rocorder on or before tho 14th day of Juno, 1909, being be-ing the time set by said council when It will hear and consider such protests and objections as may be made thereto.
