NOTICE TOR BEDS. Bids are licreny solicited for tho following fol-lowing dcscrlbcri work: Bla8tinr and removing about 3500 cubic yarns of lava rock. Tho construction of a crib and concrete flam across Snake river, and tho furnishing furnish-ing of material for same, particularly 191.000 feet of native lumber and the construction con-struction of 3-100 foot of canal 100 feot wide on tho bottom with banku 18 fcut above grade. The said work to be done and materia'. I to bo delivered at the Gem State Light I and Power Company, Ltd., power site on Snako river, two miles north of Shelley Plans and specifications of the above work enn bo examined at tho Company's office in Shelley. Idaho. All proposals must bo scaled and filed with tho Secretary of tho Company not later than September C, 1909. and must be accompanied by a certified check for 10 per cent of the amount of tho bid as a guarantee that bidder will execute a contract.
