Notice Is hereby given bv the City Council of Salt T.ako City of the Intention Inten-tion of such Council to make tho following fol-lowing described Improvements, to wit: To grade, cuib and putter with cement, and pave with asphalt (said asphalt pavement pave-ment to be sixty (GO) feet wldri between curbs, and nine and one-half (9J) Inches thick). Sixth South strcot between First West and State streets (not Including the Intersection of First West street) in Paving District No. 2S, and defray the abutters' portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated at thirty-eight thousand thou-sand sixteen ($38.0111.0(1) dollars, or nine and GO-100 (S9.C0) dollars per front or linear foot of abutting property, there being S.9C0 feet abutting said Improvement, Improve-ment, by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground in the following described district, being the district to be affected and benefited by said improvement, improve-ment, namely: Tbc south side of tots 1. 2. 3 and 4, block the north side of lots 5 and G. b'ock 21; the south side of lots I and 2.
