Peterson filed suit in tho district court Saturday against C. l' Peterson for separate maintenance. She alleges that thov were married at Manti, January S, .IflOS, and that for (periods of three mouths at a time her husband h:is failed to supply her with the necessities of life. On September 2 last he deserted her while she was ill from tho effects of an operation and went to jMoroui. she says. Since that timo he has failed to provide her with any means for her support at all. She says that she borrowed the money to go to Moroni to find her husband hus-band aud that she beexjed him to return re-turn to her. but he refused to do so. Tt is further alleged that ho earns about $70 a month aud has property in Sanpelo comity valued at $4,000. Mrs. Peterson asks for $550 a mouth as separate maintenance, $200 as attorney's attor-ney's fees and that ho be restrained from disposing of his property pending tho hearing of tho case.
