Markham came hero from tho cast several sev-eral months ago, and had beon working in a tailoring establishment prior to his crime. At the samo time sentonco was passed upon Markham, Judge Howell sentenced C M. Soybolt to two yours in tho penitentiary, peni-tentiary, after ho had pleaded guilty to tho chargo of forgery. Soybolt signed t.ho nanio of Frank Alvord to a 450 check, which ho cashed at tho First National bank, and got out of tho city. Uo was arrested at Ottawa, Kan., and brought back to Ogdcn a week ago. Seybolt pleaded guilty. |
