Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 30th day of November, 1909, will be delinquent and advertised tor salo at public auction, and unless payment Is mado before, will be sold on the 30th day of December. 1909. at 6 o clook p. m.. at the secretary's office, of-fice, to pay the delinquent assessment thereon, together with the costs of advertising ad-vertising and expense of salo.
